This is one of the advantages of lithium-ion batteries with control circuitry, as opposed to alkaline or nickel-metal hydride batteries where the battery discharges directly into the circuitry (no control circuitry). Battery life in hibernation mode depends in part on the environment in which it is used. High ambient temperatures and humidity can increase internal power consumption. However, under normal conditions, batteries installed in devices such as door locks will last approximately 12 months.

Precautions for use:

  1. During charging and when the batteries are connected to the cable,please make sure that the positive and negative terminals of the batteries do not come into contact with each other.If there is contact,the temperature of the battery will rise and may burn the battery.
  2. Do not use the battery while charging.
  3. Please use a USB-C charging cable to charge the battery instead of a traditional battery charger.
